UK and international postage rates and delivery times are quoted on the shopping checkout page.

Missing Items

• Please allow 30 days from order date to claim

• We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond out control such as postal strikes or customs delays.

Returns

• We accept returns on unused physical products within 21 days

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are damaged or broken

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

• The purchase must advise their intention to return an item within 7 days of receipt of the product.

• Full refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the product by Run Walk Draw.

• Commissions or personalised products are non returnable unless previously agreed.
